About Our Property
KBSunnySands is a two-bedroom, 4th-floor oceanfront condo that sleeps up to six with a 7-day minimum stay, located on the non-driving beach portion of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida (USA).
Welcome to our vacation retreat, where we take pride in offering a tranquil haven. Our property provides a perfect blend of modern convenience and a relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for families and couples seeking an oceanside getaway.

The building exterior is under renovation (new windows, doors, exterior hallway floor tile, etc) through early 2026 and should not interfere with your stay.
Our beautiful 2-bedroom condo boasts stunning ocean views, a large private balcony, a spacious and updated kitchen, a brand-new community pool and picnic area, and private access to a quiet, no-drive beach. Our family-friendly unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests (one king bed, two full beds, one pull-out sleeper sofa).

“I recently stayed in Daytona Beach FL, and it was wonderful! The condo was cleaned from the cupboards to the baseboards. The master suite overlooks the beach and is the first thing you see in the morning. The second bedroom was spacious and had its own full bath. The kitchen has every appliance you can think of, there and ready for you to use! The kitchen is spacious and has the laundry room conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. There was a wonderful welcome tray in the kitchen that offered snacks and drinks upon my arrival. I was pleasantly greeted with an area of beach necessities as soon as i entered the unit. They thought of everything! The view from the living room is nothing but sand and ocean! The balcony is the best place to be during sunrise and sunset! :)
I had easy access to the private beach directly behind of the building... On the way to the beach, I walked by the pool and a spacious outdoor venue. They provide beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and sunscreen to use on the beach, and that is where I stayed for the majority of the day. It was quiet, peaceful, and I felt like the beach was all mine!"
