About Our Property
KBSunnySands is a two-bedroom, 4th-floor oceanfront condo that sleeps up to six with a 14-day minimum stay, located on the non-driving beach portion of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida (USA).
Welcome to our vacation retreat, where we take pride in offering a tranquil haven. Our property provides a perfect blend of modern convenience and a relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for families and couples seeking an oceanside getaway.

The building exterior is under renovation (new windows, doors, exterior hallway floor tile, etc) through early 2026 and should not interfere with your stay.
Our beautiful 2-bedroom condo boasts stunning ocean views, a large private balcony, a spacious and updated kitchen, a brand-new community pool and picnic area, and private access to a quiet, no-drive beach. Our family-friendly unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests (one king bed, two full beds, one pull-out sleeper sofa).
